The Anatolian ecosystems are home to hundreds of species of beautiful wild flowers discovered in the valleys, plateaus and over the rising slopes of Anatolia in Turkey. Therefore it provides abundance source of flowers for the bees to collect the nectar and make the sweet, viscous food substance called Blossom Honey. By nature, the Blossom Honey made by the bees contains high nutritional value of carbohydrates, organic acids, proteins, amino acids, minerals, vitamins and infinite natural flavours. PROPOLIS
Propolis is a resinous substance gathered by bees from the leaves, branches and buds of plants. It is known as bee glue. It has a complex structure, composed of more than 300 components, such as aromatic acids, flavonoids, diterpenoid acids, phenolic compounds and triterpenoids which are essential in antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. In general, Propolis helps to fight bacteria, viruses and fungi and improve skin healing. According to some research studies, propolis is able to help on repair the lung damage caused by cigarette smoke.
LEMON
Added as flavour because of its juice which has both culinary and cleansing uses. Juice from lemon is about 5 to 6% citric acid, with a pH content of around 2.2, giving it a sharp and sour feel. Lemons are a rich source of vitamin C, which is good for sore throat, as well as helps to improve on digestive health, control weight gain, and support heart health.
GINGER
